김요한 상무는 관리회계, 성과관리 영역과 공급망관리에 걸친 폭넓은 분야에서 성공적인 컨설팅 프로젝트를 수행해 왔습니다. ‘99년 Andersen Consulting에서 Research Assistant를 시작으로, 약 10여년간 PWC 컨설팅, Deloitte 컨설팅, A.T. Kearney 등 글로벌 경영 컨설팅사에서 철강 및 중공업 등 제조업, 서비스업 및 통신사를 대상으로 관리회계 중심의 운영전략 및 성과관리 영역에 대한 컨설팅 서비스를 제공하였습니다.

2010년 이후 그는 공급망 관리 영역으로 전문성을 확대하였으며, 다수의 국내 및 해외 대기업을 중심으로 영업, 구매 및 S&OP 등 공급망 계획 수립과 관련된 컨설팅 서비스를 제공해 오고 있습니다. 2017년 PCG 입사 이후에는 재무영역과 공급망관리 분야를 통합하는 ‘Profitable SCM’이라는 새로운 영역에 대한 자문을 글로벌 High-Tech사를 중심으로 제공해 오고 있습니다.

그는 고려대학교 행정학과에서 학사, Helsinki School of Economics에서 MBA 학위를 취득하였습니다.

Mr. Kim has developed his successful career as a professional management consultant in areas from management accounting to performance management to supply chain management (SCM) through three distinct stages.

Starting his professional career as a research assistant in Andersen Consulting in 1999, Mr. Kim sharpened his skill sets and harnessed his expertise for more than a decade in such areas as operational strategy, financial management and performance management serving key Korean manufacturers,

telecommunication giants and service companies by working at a variety of global management consultancies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Consulting and A.T. Kearney.

In 2010 when he entered the second stage of his career, Mr. Kim expanded his professional portfolio into SCM and offered consulting services from both home and abroad in such areas as sales, purchasing and logistics management.

Mr. Kim has devoted himself to designing ”profitable SCM” services that integrate finance with SCM for global High-Tech frontrunners since 2017. 

He received a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Korea University in 2000 and earned a Master of Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics in 2010.
